Heat pan and add oil then the ginger next is the fish.Fry it until done then remove

In same pan pour sauce simmer a bit then add tofu.Then put back fish.Simmer and cover the flip the fish to cook the other side.When fish absorbs the sauve and the tofu are done.

Transfer in a plate.
