I thought of a simple chicken cutlet recipe that made the chicken tender.

Soaking the chicken in salt water makes it really tender. Please try letting it sit for an hour or preferably more, if you have time.

If the breading is too smooth, please add more white flour.

Ingredients

  1. 2Chicken breasts
  2. Seasoning
  3. 50 mlWater
  4. 1/2 tspSalt
  5. Coating
  6. 1 tbspWhite flour
  7. 2 tbspMayonnaise
  8. 1Panko
  9. 1 dashSalt and pepper
  10. 1Frying oil

Cooking Instructions

    Optionally remove the chicken skin, then cut it into whatever sized pieces you want. This time, I cut the chicken into smallish slices.

    Rub the salt water into the chicken and let it sit for about an hour.

  3. 3

    Lightly salt and pepper the drained chicken, then rub in the mayonnaise and flour.

    Sprinkle the chicken with panko. It's best to cover them one at a time.

    Fry the chicken in oil and it's done.
