Simit is a circular bread, typically encrusted with sesame seeds or, less commonly, poppy, flax or sunflower seeds, found across the cuisines of the former Ottoman Empire, and the Middle East.

Mix well milk, yeast, sugar and salt together. Add flour, stir till mix well. Leave the dough till get double size.

Knead the dough a few minutes. Device it 8 parts. Then form each like a line 35 cm long. Take two lines to do the spiral and make it circles. You will get 4 simit dough now.

Melt caramel with warm water. Put simit dough into melt caramel and put it on multi seed both sides. Put on the parchment paper in the baking tray.

Preheat the oven use 180-220 c. Bake approx 15-20 mins or till brown.
