Banoffee pie is made from bananas, cream and a thick caramel sauce, combined either on a buttery cracker base or one made from crumbled cracker and butter. Some versions of the recipe also include chocolate, coffee or both.

Banoffee pie is made from bananas, cream and a thick caramel sauce, combined either on a buttery cracker base or one made from crumbled cracker and butter. Some versions of the recipe also include chocolate, coffee or both.

Crushed crackers and pour melted butter stir till mix well. Then put in into the springform cake pan (Use 24 cm cake pan size).

Firm the base (you can use glass with a smooth bottom). Leave it chilled.

Put sugar into the pot with the medium heat stir till melt, take it off then pour dairy cream little by little stir it, add butter stir till melt and mix it well. Leave it cool.

Next pour some caramel on the base. Put banana on and cover with all caramel. Then put Whipped Cream on it. Leave it chill over night or put it in the freezer 2-3 hours. Sprinkle cocoa powder before serve.
