Peel the arrow roots and boil

Chop the onions and dhania to small pieces

Add the onions and dhania to the arrowroots as well as the salt and spices.

Mash the mixture and make balls of the mixture. Dust the balls, dip in egg wash and pat on the breadcrumbs.

Make sure all balls are well coated.

In a pan, heat oil. Once hot, deep fry your balls.

Serve hot or cold with a drink of choice.
