Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gramsSpaghetti
  2. 60 gramsWiener sausages
  3. 1/4Onion
  4. 100 mlGreen peas
  5. 1 tbspButter (or margarine)
  6. 1 dashSalt and pepper
  7. 1Grated cheese
  8. [A]
  9. 4 tbspKetchup
  10. 3 tbspMilk
  11. 1 tspFish sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Slice the onion into thin wedges and dice the sausages. Set aside. As for the green peas, you can use them frozen, which is what I do.

  2. 2

Heat butter in a pan and add all the materials from Step 1. Cook on medium heat until the onions become wilted.

  3. 3

Mix the ingredients in [A] and add to the pan. Boil for about 30 seconds, then add the al dente pasta. Flavor with salt and pepper and you're done.

  4. 4

Top with Parmesan cheese if desired.
