When making Italian food that uses tomatoes, I use fish sauce as a replacement for anchovies.

Steps

Slice the onion into thin wedges and dice the sausages. Set aside. As for the green peas, you can use them frozen, which is what I do.

Heat butter in a pan and add all the materials from Step 1. Cook on medium heat until the onions become wilted.

Mix the ingredients in [A] and add to the pan. Boil for about 30 seconds, then add the al dente pasta. Flavor with salt and pepper and you're done.

Top with Parmesan cheese if desired.
