Chicken Manchurian is a traditional Chinese dish that can be easily made at home with some simple ingredients. Fried chicken balls cooked in a spicy sauce batter, onions and served with steamed rice or Hakka noodles.

Chicken Manchurian is a traditional Chinese dish that can be easily made at home with some simple ingredients. Fried chicken balls cooked in a spicy sauce batter, onions and served with steamed rice or Hakka noodles.
Steps

Grind chicken in mixer to mince.

Chop garlic and onion finely.
- 3
Mix together the chicken, egg, flour, garlic, and ginger paste.

Mix all well and make small balls from the mixture.

Heat the oil, keeping the heat high drop the balls, and fry to a golden brown color.

Can shallow fry on appe pan or deep fry in large kadahi.

Soak the chicken balls in lukewarm water for a while.

Heat 2 Tbsp of oil, and fry the garlic and onion in over high heat, till the onions look glossy.

Add the capsicum and turn around a few times.

Mix all sauces together and pour in fried onion garlic, simmer till the sauce thickens and becomes translucent.

When sauce thickened add the fried balls, turn around a few times and switch off the heat.

Add chopped celery and serve hot with hakka noodles.
