Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • 2boiled potatoes
  • 1large bowl thick fresh yogurt (about 2 cups or 475 ml)
  • 1tomato
  • 1onion
  • 2green chilies
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chili powder
  • as neededChopped cilantro

  1. 1

    Peel and wash the onion, then finely chop it. Wash the tomato and cut it into small pieces. Finely chop the green chilies.

    Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes.

    Sauté the chopped onion in a pan for 1 minute to remove the raw taste and let some moisture evaporate. Transfer to a plate and let it cool.

    In a bowl, whisk the yogurt. Add the cubed potatoes and chopped cilantro.

    Add the onion, tomato, and green chilies to the potatoes. Add salt, black pepper, and red chili powder, then mix everything well.
