  • 100 gm maida
  • Pinchbaking soda salt
  • Pinchblack pepper powder, jeera

    Mix all the ingredients in maida, add little water. Knead with a small spoon of pure ghee.

  2. 2

    Roll n let it be done on the back of cast iron tawa!
    Serve with any gravies curry n
