Okara and Kabocha Balls For Bentos

I had some okara which I wanted to add to my bento, so I came up with this.
Mix it well. Leaving them a while after baking will prevent the dough from sticking. Recipe by Totsugi-no

Steps
- 1
Microwave the okara and kabocha separately. (Steam the kabocha for 3-5 minutes and the okara 2 minutes.)
- 2
Mash the kabocha while still hot, and combine with the okara. Mix in the cream cheese, ketchup and salt.
- 3
When the colour is even, roll them into rounds, place them on aluminium foil and bake in the toaster oven.
- 4
They are done when they turn golden.
