Take a mixy jar add all the above ingredients expect stick and make a fine batter.

Then take out the batter and mix well in a vessel.

Then take a cake mould and spread some oil in it and sprinkle some maida and pour the batter in the mould.

Then bake it until it is half cooked and take it out and leave it for cooling.
- 5
Then break it and take a stick and give it a kabab shape and again bake it 180°c and your kabab cake is ready.
