250 gmargarine

Egg white from 4 eggs
1 tblbaking powder
1/4bi-carbonate
Vanilla essence
Sifted 500g selfraising flour
Milk
Icing sugar,red,white and green flavour for decorations

Mix margarine and sugar using a mixture machine which is optional if you doesn't have use whisker or spatula using hands

Add egg white to the mixture and mix

Add baking flour little by little and add baking powder,bicarbonate into the mixture and some milk then whiskey till foamy

Repeat the step again till the 500g flour and milk is formed for consistency

The baking pan should be greased earlier

Pre heat the oven at 180°

Then set the oven for baking the cake at 180°,40 mins and allow heating from both sides of the oven=

Lastly after the cake is ready allow it to cool then decorate at any design of your choice
