Oil 3 spoon then add cumin and green chilies

Add onions

Add coriander powder,red chilli powder, turmeric and salt

Mash tomato and garlic then add cover lid and cook for 3 4 min add qasuri methi

Add boiled peas again cover lid for 2 min then add mash eggplant mix well add coriander mix

Done garnish some more coriander and chillies
