Remove the sinews from the tenderloins and open them up so that they are about the same thickness on both sides. Season with salt (1/2 teaspoon) and pepper (1/2 teaspoon).

Tear up the mushrooms into equally sized pieces.

Heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the mashed garlic in a frying pan. Lightly cook the mushrooms, season with salt (1 teaspoon), and place on a dish.

Heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the frying pan and brown both sides.

Place the mushrooms from Step 3 onto Step 4. Top with the cheese.

Turn the heat to low and steam.

After 2-3 minutes, once the cheese has become nice and gooey, it's done.
