75 gFlour
37 gIcing Sugar
46 gMargarine
30 gEggs
dropsVanilla Essence few
Lemon rinds 1/2 lemon

In a bowl cream margarine and icing sugar till cream
2

Add eggs,vanilla Essence and lemon rinds to the butter mixture slowly, beat for few seconds and stop
3

Sieve the flour and fold in the butter mixture
4

Put the mixture in a piping bag with a star nozzle
5

Pipe the cookies mixture on a greased tray and bake at 180°c and cool on a wire rack
