Ingredients

2 hours
  1. Dough
  2. 5 cupsflour
  3. 50 grsugar
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 2 cupsmilk
  6. 120 grbutter
  7. 11 gr/1 sachet yeast
  8. Filling
  9. Butter
  10. Nutella
  11. Chocolate chip

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, mix 4 cups of flour and salt, whisk and set aside.

    In other bowl mix warm mik and 100gr of butter in the microwave, just until the butter melt for 30 seconds.

    Once it's melt, add sugar and whisk, Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it foamy.

    Pour wet ingredients to the dry, add remaining butter and combine it until there's no dry flour lumps, cover and let it sit for 30-45 minutes.

    Add the remaining flour and knead the dough using mixer for about 7 minutes, add remaining butter halfway. (if you use hand, knead it for 10 minutes) after done kneading, touch and if the dough springs back, that means you're dough is ready.

    Dust flour on your work surface and start rolling the dough about 30x30cm rectangle and 2cm thick.

    Spread the butter and Nutella on top, if you like, you can add extra chocolate chip.

    Roll the dough and cut it with dental floss or sharp knife, dental floss does give you a better swirl looks so I prefer dental floss

  9. 9

    Place the dough on greased pan, I use 20cm round pan. Bake at 180c for 20-30 minutes and your Nutella roll is ready!
