Ingredients

  1. 180 grmspurpose flour
  2. 1egg
  3. 20 mlmilk
  4. 1/2 tsp yeast
  5. 60 grmssugar powder
  6. 30 grmsbutter
  7. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  8. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  9. 2 tspmilk powder
  10. For topping
  11. 50 grmsnutella choco spread
  12. 2 tspsugar sprinkles
  13. 1 tspbiscuit crumbs

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl put yeast,sugar pour lukewarm water keep mix up leave for fermentation

    Then take a bowl put flour,baking soda,baking powder,milk powder mix well all flours

  3. 3

    Then add egg,yeast solution,melted butter, pour as per required milk to make soft kneaded dough palm free

    Transfer the dough into butter greased bowl close a wrapper leave 3 hours

    Then remove from the bowl smash well massage it becomes softly

  6. 6

    Role up with roller cut donuts shape

    For inside hole cut another time

    Keep all donuts in a tray close lid rest for 15mins

    Then leave into oil do deep fri in a medium flame

    Take out apply nutella choco cream on top donuts

  11. 11

    Decorate sugar sprinkles,biscuit crumbs on top of it, ready to serve
