Peel the Bananas and cut and wash

In a sufuria put cooking oil and the minced onions until it turns golden brown and add garlic till it browns

Add tomatoes and cover for a short time,season with Salt and coriander and gharam Masala

Wash the Bananas clean and pour into the sufuria add water and let it simmer for 45 mins till when ready then serve
