Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 250 gmsPasta
  • 1 bowlchopped Cabbage
  • 1chopped Tomato
  • 1 big sized chopped Onion
  • 6chopepd Green chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoonchopepd Garlic
  • 2 teaspoonsTomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoonRed chilli sauce
  • 2 teaspoonsSchezwan sauce
  • 1 teaspoonSoya sauce
  • Forbatter
  • 2 tbspcorn flour
  • 1 tsp.red chilli powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • As per taste Salt
  • As RequiredOil for deep fry
  • As RequiredSesame seed for garnish

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil water in a vessel and add pasta, oil, and salt in it and boil it till pasta is cooked well.

  2. 2

    Now take a bowl add cornflour, salt, black pepper powder, red chili powder, and make thin batter now add boiled pasta in it and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Now take oil in a pan to deep fry it (pasta).

  4. 4

    Take another pan heat oil and add chopped garlic in it and now add chopped onion and chilies and when onion gets translucent add chopped cabbage in it and toss it well and cook it till it softens.
    Now add fried pasta, chili sauce, soya sauce, Schezwan sauce, tomato sauce in it and add some salt mix it well.

    You can garnish with sesame seed Now enjoy Manchurian pasta 😋.
