Steps
- 1
First add the all purpose flour in a bowl, add salt and oil and mix everything. Now add a little water and make soft flour. Now cover this flour and rest for 20 minutes.
- 2
Then after giving 20 minutes rest to the knead flour, divide it into four equal parts. Now sprinkle dusting all purpose flour on a plate and weave a very thin loaf on it. (Weave bread the same size as the pan in which you are going to make lasagna.) Now fry this bread loaf in halfway on a hot griddle.
- 3
Now let's make marinara sauce. For this, heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped onion, garlic paste and saute. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes become soft. Now add black pepper powder, chili flakes, oregano, salt and tomato sauce and cook. Now let this sauce cool down. Once cooled, pour into a mixer jar and grind it.
- 4
Now let's make white sauce. For this, add butter in a pan, add all purpose flour and fry well. Now when the all purpose flour are cooked, add milk and mix well and stir. Once the milk thickens, add black pepper powder, oregano, chili flakes and salt, mix well, cook for a while and leave to cool.
- 5
Now let's make lasagna stuffing. For this, add olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and saute lightly. Now add chopped onion, chopped carrot, small pieces of chopped potato, boiled corn kernels and French beans and mix everything.
- 6
Now add salt, oregano, chili flakes, black pepper powder and red chilly powder to taste and mix well. Now add chopped green coriander and mix. Let the mixture cool.
- 7
Now in a pan, first put the lamb bread made on the marinade sauce, put white sauce on it, layer the vegetable on the top, put the mozzarella cheese on the top, then put the lamb bread on the second Layer, put the mariner sauce on top, put the white sauce on the vegetable layer. Layer the bread of the third layer in this way and add more mozzarella cheese on the fourth loaf of bread, sprinkle chili flakes and oregano on it and cook on a slow flame of gas for 20 to 25 minutes.

Now our Mexican lasagna is ready to serve. Garnish it as you wish. I have garnished the tomato flower, cucumber and green chillies here
