Steps
- 1
Soak muy choi in water half hour before you start cooking. Wash them properly with water, rinse them a few times as they are usually has lots of sand and salt.
- 2
Cut them half pack of muy choi and put some into food processor with garlic and water. I throw away the head of vegies since they will be too tough to use.

Mix the roughly chop muy choi and garlic with pork mince, soy sauce, white pepper and chicken powder. Cook for 6 minutes in microwave with lid and let it sit in bigger bowl with water.
- 4
Serve with congee.
- 5
Put the rest of the muy choi into pot with roast pork and pre cooked soft bone pork.
- 6
Add soy sauce and chicken powder and water. Keep them boil for about 20 minutes then serve with congee or rice.
