In a bowl add the gram flour add all the spices. Mix. add ater to make a semi thick batter.

Wash the capsicum. Pat dry well

Now add the bicarbonate soda to the batter. Mix. Heat oil on medium heat.

Once ready take the whole capsicum dip in the batter & then deep fry. Till golden

Once done. Remove. Let it cool. Then cut into fours. Garnish with the onions,carrots etc.

Serve with a cup of chai or soda
