I search qeema recipe. finally I searched sarosh's dumplings.jo keh samny he nazaar agai kun keh kal he share ki the 😋. I tried your recipes once again sarosh 🙊🙈.

Ingredients

  1. 150 gmsall-purpose flour
  2. Halfteaspoon salt
  3. as neededWater
  4. Halfpack Tikka packet
  5. 1 sachethot and sour knor soup
  6. Halfkg Chicken qeema
  7. Halfcup yogurt
  8. 2chopped green chillies
  9. 3.4sliced spring onion🌰
  10. 1 cupGrated chedder cheese 🧀

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve the flour.add salt.Knead the dough with water.put it in a fridge for 15 mins

    Mean while prepare soup as per packet instruction.

    Add oil in a pan.saute ginger.add qeema.fry until qeema changes its colour add tikka masala.fry for a nice mix.add yogurt. Cover it fo 15 mins.when qeema is ready and oil separates.add chedder cheese.add green chillies and spring onions.add chopped coriander too.

    Take a pan.add water in it.add salt and a knor chicken stock cube in it.bring it to boil.

    Roll a dough like a large roti.cut rounds with a jar lid.fill chicken in it.fold it and close it with fork

    Now dip all dumplings in a pan one by one.for 5.to 7 mins.take out in a large strainer

    Now served it with soup.and enjoy
