Flour me 20 gm butter, sugar, salt,yeast add karein mix karein phr Thora thora warm milk add karein,soft dough knead karein cling se cover karein or 30 minutes rest dein

Dough 16 equal parts me divide karein.ball bnaen, dry flour dust karein hr ball ko thin sheet me role karein

Ab plate me first sheet rkhen butter apply karein, second sheet rkhen butter apply karein....isi tarha tmam sheets butter layer k sath lgaty jaen.. ab last sheet ki Thora sa bara Kar k is tarha rakhen k sides bhi cover hojaen.. cling se cover karein or 2 hours fridge me rakh dein.

Centre me Chota sa cut lgaen or Is tarha role karein or baking tray par rakhty jaen... Cover karein rise hony k liye itni Der Chor dein k size me double jojaen

Ab upper se melted butter apply karein or 180°C par pre heated oven me 20 se 25 minutes bake karein... Crispy croissant enjoy karein
