Firstly add over night soaked rajma in pressure cooker with 4 glasses water. Cook for 20-25 minutes

Heat a pan. Add oil in it. Now add cumin seeds.let them crackle and turns brown, add Hing

Now add chopped onions and saute them till turns golden brown.

Now add ginger garlic and green chillies finely chopped. Saute for 1minute

Now add chopped tomatoes and saute for 3-4 minutes until tomatoes become soft or oil separates

Add all spices one by one, turmeric powder, Deggi mirch powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix it well.
Saute for 6-7 minutes.
Now at the end add garam masala - 7
Now add boiled rajma in the masala gravy add 2 cup water for gravy.

Add rajma masala in pressure cooker
Cook for medium to high flame for 15-20 minutes - 9
Now add kasuri methi and coriander leaves (chopped) in rajma for garnishing

Serve hot rajma gravy with rice and salad
