My Mum's recipe

Boil spaghetti in water, oil & salt.. strain it out and soak in cold water.. and set a side

For curry:
add all the ingredients in a blender except dhaniya leaves.. blend it well.. bring it to boil on full flame.. now slow down the flame & cook it for 10mins.. add dhaniya leaves..
Now for tarka: add oil, curry leaves & zeera.. heat it and pour it on curry.. and set a side - 3
Take another pan.. put oil, beef boti & all the other ingredients.. cook it until meat full cooked.. add dhaniya leaves & karahi mirch.. cook it for 5min more & set a side..

Assembling:
In a serving plate add spaghetti, korma gravy than add curry.. top it up with dhaniya leaves, lemon,chat masala,chips & papri.. serve it & enjoy..
