Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 cupatta
  • 1/4 cupghee
  • 1/4 cuppowder sugar
  • 1 tspelaichi powder
  • 1/4 cupcoconut
  • As neededMixed nuts (almond,kaju,walnuts)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat ghee n roast atta until it becomes red hot

  2. 2

    When aroma comes out add coconut powder roast for 2 mins more add nuts also roast 1 min more.switch off gas

  3. 3

    Let the mixture cools down to room temperature add powder sugar, elaichi.mix well.

  4. 4

    Grease the mould.fill the mixture enough. Seal the mould

  5. 5

    Open to the mould carefully,

  6. 6

    Garnish it with nuts
