Wash the rise before cooking. Boil one cup of rice with two cups of water. You can add for the better taste salt, whole black pepper, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, some herbs.

Put all the ingredients of the sauce to blender, until you get smooth texture. You can add more water if you like.

Torn on an oven to 180 degrees, meanwhile cut the tofu and mix it with 1/3 of the sauce. Put the tofu the the oven for 20 minutes.

Boil the broccoli or beans, you can also add some herbs for the better taste.

Put in the wok chopped union with olive oil. After frying it a little bit add 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Add tofu, rice, broccoli or beans, add chopped fresh carrot and sauce. Fry it for a couple of minutes, when the sauce is completely mixed with all ingredients the stew is done.
