Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 largeEggplant
  2. 2 mediumGreen peppers
  3. 1 tbsp★ Sake
  4. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  5. 1 tbspMirin
  6. 1/2 tbspSugar
  7. 2 tbspOil
  8. 1White sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel the eggplants vertically with a peeler, cut lengthwise into halves, then chop them up roughly. Chop the green peppers into four lengthwise pieces, then chop them up roughly.

    Spread the oil in a frying pan, then stir fry the eggplants. When the eggplants are done, also cook the green peppers. Add the ★ condiments and stir fry briefly.

    Dish it up and serve with some white sesame seeds.
