Ingredients

2-3 servings
  • 2medium eggplant
  • Halfa big onion
  • Halfbell pepper (3 colours)
  • to tastesalt an pepper
  • 4 tspsweet soy sauce
  • 2 tspsesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Diced the eggplants and saute it until soft. Set it aside

  2. 2

    Saute onion, bell peppers and pour soy sauce, salt and pepper, fish sauce. Cook it until boiled.

  3. 3

    Add the eggplants and sesame seeds. Cook for about 3 minutes more.

  4. 4

    Ready to serve with rice.
