Ingredients

  • 100 gmsBoondi
  • 150 gmsBlack Chickpeas
  • 250 gmsPotatoes
  • 1Tomato large
  • 1Onion
  • 2Green Chillies
  • Coriander leaves a handful
  • 11/2 tspChaat masala
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • 1/2 tspChilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Green Chutney as required
  • Yoghurt as required
  • Papri as required
  • Chips as required
  • Sweet and sour chutney as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak chickpeas overnight.

    Next day,boil till tender.

    Boil,peel and dice potatoes.

    Deseed and chop the tomato.

    Chop all the vegetables.

    Soak boondi in water till tender.

    Mix together all the ingredients.
