Tandoori and Steamed Chicken Momos Recipe with Chutney's

Procedure for Red Chutney:
1. Roast Tomatoes on Gas stove,peel off the skin, Chop and add in blender
2. Add Garlic Cloves and Red Chillies - 2
3. Blend it to Puree
4. In a Pan or Kadai add Oil,when oil is hot, add Puree in it
5. Add Cumin Powder and Soy Sauce,cook till Oil separates - 3
6. Add Salt and Vinegar, adjust the consistency by adding Water
7. Remove it in a bowl - 4

Procedure for Green Chutney:
1. In a Blender, add Coriander Leaves, Garlic Cloves, Green Chillies,Lemon Juice, Sesame Seeds, Cumin Powder and Salt
2Blend it to smooth Paste by adding little Water - 9
3. Saute it for few seconds
4. Add Onion,cook till it turns translucent on High Flame
5. Add Chicken,and cook till Chicken is well cooked by adding Chicken Cube, Black Pepper Powder and Salt
6. When Chicken is Cooked,add Cumin Powder, Capsicum and Carrots
7. Cook for few mins and then add Cornflour slurry
8. Mix and cook for few seconds - 10
9. Remove it in Plate, and let it cool

Stuffing Preparation:
1. Heat Oil in a Pan, add Butter
2. Add Ginger, Garlic and Green chillies - 12

4. Place 2Tbsp of Stuffing Mix on it,fold and shape it in Momos
5. Sprinkle little flour in Plate, cover and keep it in it - 17
Marinade Preparation:-
1. Mix All the ingredients of Marinade and keep aside - 18
Dough Preparation:
1.Mix Flour and Salt,Knead it to Semi Soft Dough by adding Water
2. Don't Knead too much
3. Take Small portion of dough, around 1Tbsp, roll it keeping edges thin - 19
6. Cover and steam for 20-25mins on Medium Flame
7. After 20-25mins,open the lid and check with finger,if Momos stick,it needs more steaming
8. Remove it in Plate and Serve HOT with Spicy Red Chutney - 20

Steamed Momos:-
1. In a Idli Steamer, add around 3Glasses of Water
2. Place Milk Cover Plate in it
3. Grease it with Oil
4. Cover and cook till steam starts coming
5. Put Momos in it, keeping little space between each Momo - 22

Tandoori Momos:-
1. Deep Fry the Momos in Oil till it turns light Golden
2. Remove it in Plate and let it cool little bit
3. Put them in Marinade,give Coal Smoke and rest for 2 mins
4. Now take a Roasting Net, place Momos on it,Roast it on stove by continuously moving the net,so that Momos are Evenly Roasted
5. Remove it in Serving Plate
6. Serve it with Green Chutney, Lemon and Salads - 25
