Fresh waterblommetjies, washed and ready to cook 🌼

Cook meat soft for 1 hour over low heat in the water. Adjust time depending on type of meat used.

Cut the waterblommetjies smaller, alternatively can leave whole.

Remove meat from the water and cut into small cubes.

Add the meat and waterblommetjies in pot and simmer for 1 hour.

Chopped the leeks and add.

Mix all the spices and corn flour in a cup with teaspoon water until corn flour dissolve.

Add the yogurt and spices and simmer for 30 minutes.

Cook the rice as per instruction.

Serve hot with rice.
