Slice the cucumbers at an angle, then cut into long thin strips.

Cut the ham into strips the same length as the cucumbers.

Arrange the cucumber and ham strips on a platter.

For the dressing, mix the ingredients marked ◆ and pour it over the cucumber and ham strips. You're done!
