I wanted to make something that goes well with beer.

You can use wonton or shumai skins if you want!
Try it with bacon and sausage instead of ham - it's very tasty!
Serve with ketchup or chili sauce. For 10 fried dumplings. Recipe by EnjoyKitchen

Ingredients

  1. 10Gyoza dumpling wrappers (large)
  2. 3to 4 slices Ham
  3. 1use as much (to taste) Easy melting cheese
  4. 1Mayonnaise
  5. 5 tbspFrying oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the ham slices in half and then slice finely.

  2. 2

    On the gyoza skins, lay ham, mayonnaise and cheese in that order. Dampen the edge of the skins with water and seal firmly.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a frying pan and fry over medium heat. When both sides are cooked, they're done. *Use a lot of oil.
