  1. 1 1/2 cupsRagi flour
  2. 1 1/2 cupswheat ravva
  3. 1 cupcurd
  4. 2carrots
  5. 1/2 cuppeas
  6. As neededSmall bunch of coriander leaves
  7. 1 glasswater
  8. For tempering
  9. 1tsp mustard seeds
  10. 1tsp urad dal, cumin seeds
  11. as neededFew cashews
  12. 2 Tspsalt

  1. 1

    Take ragi flour n wheat ravva in a bowl. Add curd, grated carrot, peas n coriander leaves. Mix n set aside for 15min.

    Check batter consistency if bhi tight add water. add eno n add tempering of dals. Mix well.
    Apply oil to idli moulds and fill the moulds with batter. Cook for 10 to 15 min. Serve with coconut chutney
