2-3 servings
  • 150 GMsbroken wheat
  • 100 GMsmoong dal
  • 1 spoonblack pepper
  • 1 spoonjeera
  • 2 spoondesi ghee
  • 2 spooncrushed cashews
  • 1stem of curry leaves
  • as per tasteSalt to taste
  • as requiredSmall PC of chopped ginger

  1. 1

    Wash the wheat and moong dal, add jeera, pepper, ghee pressure it 3-4 whistle (water 1:1/2 ratio)
    2.after pressure release transfer to bowl

    3. In a pan add ghee, jeera, pepper, cashew, curry leaves, ginger chopped, fry well and add it (mix well and serve) easy, simple dish

    Once In a while try like ghis different style of wheat pongal(I font prefer green chillies) if you like you can
