Mix the rice flour with warm
Water and salt as smooth dough
2. Add coconut, palm sugar, cardamom powder, chopped banana, sesame seeds mixx well and keep aside
3. In a plantain leaf take small portion of rice dough spread it by hand in round shape then keep the fruit mixture - 2
4. Fold it carefull and steam
It in idly vessel for 5-7 mints in low flame
5. After 7 mints off the stove and remove the addai, serve it - 3
Very delicious steamed adai ready kids loves it much (no pil) very healthy try and enjoy
