Ingredients

25 hrs
2 servings
  • 1andhalf Cups of Jasmine rice
  • Halfcup of cooked jasmine rice
  • 1small size of egg (the secret ingredient)
  • Quarter TSP salt
  • HalfTSP yeast
  • HalfTSP baking powder
  • 2and half cups of water

Steps

25 hrs
  1. 1

    Wash and Soaked the rice for 24 hrs

  2. 2

    Add the cooked rice to the soaked rice

  3. 3

    Slice small size onion and blend

  4. 4

    Mix all the dry ingredients to the rice paste.

  5. 5

    Add oil to the masa pan and fry.
    Enjoy with yaji or miyan taushe
