Ingredients

  • 1/2 inchginger
  • 2fresh red chillies
  • As neededmedium sized red bell pepper
  • as neededfresh basil leaves
  • 1large onion
  • 3-4large garlic cloves
  • as required iceberg lettuce
  • 250 gramshome-made tofu
  • as required oil
  • as per taste red chilli sauce
  • 5 tablespoonsoya sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoonsugar (optional)
  • As per taste salt
  • 2 cupcooked rice

  1. 1

    First of all, chop onion, bell pepper, and garlic. And dice the tofu

  2. 2

    Then in a mixing bowl, take 3 tablespoon soya sauce, add chopped red chillies, chilli sauce and stir it well. Then add in the diced tofu. Marinate the tofu.

  3. 3

    In a morter and pestel, add red chillies (optional), chopped garlic, ginger and crush it roughly. Make sure not to make a paste.

  4. 4

    Heat a wok on high flame and add 3 tablespoon oil and heat it. Add in chopped onions. Saute it for 2-3 minutes.

    Then add crushed ginger chilli garlic and chopped bell pepper. Saute it for 3-4 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add salt as per taste and mix well. add in sugar (optional). Add soya sauce and chilli sauce. Then break lettuce with help of hands and add in. Mix well.

  7. 7

    At last add 2 tablespoon soya sauce and basil and mix everything well.

    Serve it hot
