Liver is one of the most nutritionally dense food. It contains significant of folate, vitamins B, iron, vitamin A and copper. It is a superfood. It is good for someone who has anemia because of the high iron content.

Steps

In a pan add your liver and boil for a few minutes.

In a separate pan add oil and the cut onions.

Add the ginger and garlic and cook for some time.

Add the tomatoes and ldt them cook until well done.
- 5
Add the liver, stir properly add the soy sauce and tomato paste and cover for a few minutes.

Add the cut capsicum and the coriander and adjust seasoning.
- 7
Serve with some amaranth (terere) and some ugali. Enjoy.
