Eggs Lahsa: Arabic Scrambled Eggs Breakfast

This is the most popular & traditional breakfast recipes over the weekends in most of the Arabian Families.
I’ve tasted this- in one of my neighbours place during my stay therein…& also, had this in Sharjah-
When, I’d visited one of my colleagues’ place and attended a day’s meal therein, on their personal invite to a few of us working together-
I literally did love it for sure…
I remember, post coming back home in my place of stay in Dubai, I myself prepared it the next weekend itself-
It’s a Friday and in my Breakfast-
I had this with a couple of multigrain toasts & that Dubai Special- Filli Chai
Though, they mostly have this with their traditional Pita Breads or Regags

Steps

Get all the ingredients aforesaid ready & handy to start on with the cooking process further-
Heat up a frying pan over the medium flame:
Add in the required amount of cooking oil-
Add in the finely chopped onions, sauté for a couple of mins time until nicely translucent - 2
Then, add into it the 2G Paste-
Sauté, until the raw smell goes off & then throw in the tomatoes and continue sautéing further until the tomatoes are soft, mushy & juicy-
Then, add in the seasonings & cook it for another 2-3 mins time, mixing everything well together until nicely combined and well blended - 3
In goes the eggs, post that- Scramble the eggs nicely until nicely combined and well blended-
Cook until the eggs are well cooked & nicely incorporated into the veggies mixture-
Once done turning off the flame, let it sit on the hot oven for another 5-6 mins time, with its lid on - 4
After that, transfer it to a separate serving bowl/plate-
Garnish it your own way…ENJOY YOUR BREAKFAST WITH THIS UNIQUE DISH FROM THE LAND OF THE ARABS
