Chai Karak is a very very popular milk tea, loved by the Emiratis.
The boiling tea with flavours of saffron and cardamoms, along with evaporated milk makes the tea more amazing.

First take milk and boil it. Then keep the flame at sim and allow it to evaporate. Slowly it reduces in quantity, changes colour and becomes slightly sweet. Switch the flame off and keep aside.
Next in a saucepan, put water,as it boils, add cardamom freshly pounded.

Allow it to boil. Next add tea leaves and continue boiling. As you get that beautiful colour, add the prepared evaporated milk.
I added 1.5 cups of evaporated milk. You can add this as per your choice.
    Let it boil.

    Add sugar.
But adding sugar or not is also your choice, as because the evaporated milk is little sweet.
Else you can add sugar as per your choice.
I have added 2.5 tsp sugar. Continue to boil.
As you get a desired colour, switch the flame off.
