I added a little changes to the ingredients.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Find an image you want to use (Make an inverted copy). Leave the butter at room temperature.
- 2
Put the butter in a bowl and beat until creamy consistency. Add sugar little by little and whisk well until pale and fluffy.
- 3
Stir in a beaten egg little by little (add in 3-5 portions) and whisk well.
- 4
Put the flour and baking powder together and add to the mixture. Replace the whisk for a plastic spatula and stir briskly with a cutting motion.
- 5
Flatten the dough and wrap in cling film. Leave to rest in the fridge for more than 1 hour.
- 6
Chop the chocolate with a knife and melt in a bain marie.
- 7
Place a piece of baking paper on the prepared picture at Step 1 and secure with tape. Trace the picture with a cocktail stick with melted chocolate at Step 6.
- 8
Follow the hints and you will have better results. When the chocolate starts to harden, melt in a bain marie again.
- 9
After drawing, remove the original picture and chill the baking paper in the fridge for more than 10 minutes.
- 10
Taking out Step 5 from the fridge and lay on baking paper. Roll out the dough over the paper with a rolling pin. Put chopsticks at both sides of the dough, so that the thickness will be even.
- 11
Put Step 9 with the chocolate on Step 10. Roll out with a rolling pin. Put in the fridge and leave to rest for 5-10 minutes.
- 12
Take out Step 11 from the fridge and peel off the baking paper slowly. Lift up the corner of the paper and peel off slowly. When you're having difficulty, check Step 15.
- 13
Bake in pre-heated oven to 355°F/180°C for about 7-8 minutes.
- 14
Done! When the edges has browned nicely, it is ready to take out of the oven.
- 15
If the chocolate is not stuck to the cookie dough when you peel off the paper, do not panic, put the paper back on and try again.
- 16
Rub gently over the paper with your finger and put back in the fridge. Leave to rest for about 10 minutes. Now it is easier to peel.

Cute Candy Cookies Cute Candy Cookies
I saw a cookie with a candy window on a TV show awhile ago. I thought if it could be made with a black cocoa cookie, it'd make for a nice contrast and be really cute, so I gave it a shot. When I put the candy in before baking the cookie dough would become smashed or stick to the candy and it was quite difficult. So I changed the procedure to add the candy during the middle of baking.Try to fill in the gaps with smashed candy bits as much as possible. The baking may differ depending on your household oven, so adjust the temperature and baking time as necessary. If the temperature is too hot, the candy may burn. It might be a good idea to have candy bits left over when baking so you can fill in any gaps. For the candy, I use orange and pineapple flavored Sakuma drops. Recipe by yotiko cookpad.japan -

Cute Fluffy Cookies Cute Fluffy Cookies
When making the cookie shapes, I hate getting my hands dirty, so that's why I use the wrap. They came out pretty cute. When cutting the shapes, sometimes the wrap gets cut with it. Please check to make sure you don't bake any wrap together with the dough. When you remove the wrap, the dough will become a bit thicker than it was. So when stretching out the dough, please make it thin. Recipe by Jubantai Nichibanya taichou cookpad.japan -

Cute ♪ Rilakkuma Styule Chocolate Sandwich Cookies Cute ♪ Rilakkuma Styule Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
I originally made these to give as a gift. ^^You can use a generic bear shaped cutter that's sold at a 100 yen shop. If you squish the cutter a little to distort it, it will become Rilakkuma shaped. You can use regular chocolate for the filling, but if you use a good quality couverture chocolate + fresh cream, it's even more delicious. Recipe by Mikkorin523 cookpad.japan -
