1 cupcauliflower
1 cupchopped potato
2 tbspoil
2 tbspginger chili paste
2 tbspgarlic paste
2 tbspred chilli powder
2 tbspsalt
2 tbspturmeric powder
2 tbspcoriander powder
2 tbspchopped tomatoes

Heat oil in a pan.

Add ginger garlic paste and chop potatoes and cauliflower.

Add salt and turmeric powder and cook for 9 to 10 minutes.

Tomato and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

At turmeric powder and red chilli powder.

Sir hot with some coriander leaves.
