  • oil
  • 6tomatoes
  • 1 cupchicken or vegetable stock
  • salt
  • pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the onions into half slices. Fry the onions in oil in a pan.

    Roughly chop the tomatoes. Add the tomatoes and stock and fry on a low heat. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.

    Season with salt and pepper.
