In a blender jar or food processor: Add in all the ingredients aforesaid and pulse or blitz it a few times…
Try not to add in any additional water to it…
It should never be too thin at all or perfectly smooth enough-
Best to do it in the mortal-pestle, however I’ve done it in the blender jar itself but didn’t run it, instead had pulsed it a few times to get to this consistency level - 2
The very consistency need be a bit coarse and thick enough and not at all smooth completely nor should it be runny…
