Ingredients

4 people
  • 1 cupMoong Daal
  • 1 cupMasoor daal (bagair chilka/ Doolittle’s hue)
  • Chilli flakes to taste
  • Green chillies to taste chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1Onion Medium Chopped
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric
  • After Boiling Ingredients
  • Chaat Masala
  • Imli
  • Left over Meat/chicken / Hunterbeef
  • 1/4 tspAll spices Powder (Garamond Masala Powder)
  • Tarka
  • Oil
  • Garlic and ginger chopped
  • Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Cumin
  • leavesCurry
  • Green chillies chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash n soak daal for half an hour
    In a Handi add one glass water,all spices n onion

  2. 2

    When it starts boiling add daal
    Cooking until daal done
    Only blend for 2 sec with hand blender

  3. 3

    Now add after boil ingredients
    I add imli you can also add pulp
    Mix well if you want to make thick cook more

  4. 4

    Then add oil in a frying pan and add all ingredients of tarka and pour over daal....
    Serve with zeera rice....:)
