It's a really good option for Breakfast for those who love Non-Veg. Kids will also enjoy this yummy variation.
Not only easily done, it is absolutely yummy.

Steps

25-30 minutes
  1. 1

Soak both the rice and dal separately for 5-6 hours. Use fresh drinking water for soaking them. Soak Bengal Gram and Fenugreek Seeds too. Make a thick batter with all the ingredients mentioned. Leave it to ferment overnight.

  2. 2

Make dosas or uttappams as per your preference. Saute the chicken as desired using the ingredient list.

  3. 3

Add Butter + Oil and the Curry Leaves followed by the rest of the ingredients. Now add Chicken cubes as small as possible along with all the other spices. Saute them on a medium flame stirring at regular intervals. Cover and let it cook for 10 minutes. It does not take much time as the cubes are very small. Stir well and allow to cook on low flame for 12 to 15 minutes.

  4. 4

After done, switch off the flame. Spread the sauteed Chicken on the Dosas or the Uttappams at first. You can opt for Coconut Chutney, Mayonnaise or even the good old Ketchup. Try this awesome Frankie the next time you prepare the batter for steaming hot Dosas.

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
