Heat oil in a kadai, add Makhana and roast it for 8-10 minutes till they are crisp and crunchy. Add in the curry leaves and saute for a minute then add in rest of the ingredients except the Chaat masala

, keep stirring and mixing. Put off the flame, bring it off the stove. Add Chaat Masala and mix well. Serve warm or once cooled keep it in an airtight container to relish afterwards.
